I thought I'd share my opinion to how BOOST DIVE indirectly relates to a player's fundamental understanding of LANDINGS and PLAYSTYLES. Being a player with mixed ideas and perception on how this series is played. It was like watching someone who knows how to run perfectly fine but can’t walk without tripping. It was quite an eye-opening experience, to watch players RAINBOW STEP and STEP DIVE without ever using BOOST STEP alone.
The fact that many weaker veteran players and new comers to the series were able disguise their shortcomings by utilizing this new mechanic alone only served to further prove the other top player's claim. Top FB players were quick to regard this new ability as brainless and required little skill to utilize. More specifically, I'd like to look at BOOST DIVE more In-depth and why it's interesting. However, I'd still like to take a further look at this game due to the undeniable fact that it has introduced many western players into the series. There isn't really much GVS has to offer that makes it superior than the other titles using the EXVS gameplay system. With the exception of EXVS, VS Force and possibly vanilla MB. I like to reexamine GVS mechanics from my perspective and how it had potential to improve player skills but instead did the opposite.
Gundam Versus wasted potential as a learning platformīefore FB/GVS is locked away and MBON release.
